8-WEEK MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION CLASS BEGINS MAY 2

is a scientifically based 8-week program that teaches you a simple process for getting your brain on board so you can finally live Mindfully, Open Minded, and Free. It's designed for people struggling with the daily challenges of stress who want to finally understand how to stop reacting anxiously to stressful situations, create new positive ways to interact with others, and make the struggles with stress a thing of the past.
